Key facts: - Three ways to work, one workspace: an AI agent in a chat app over MCP, a terminal agent (for example Claude Code, Codex CLI or Gemini CLI) over the same MCP endpoint, or the owner by hand in the web dashboard (Studio, Library, Review, Marketing). - Content: image generation and editing, short video generation, captions and exports, campaign drafts, and results. Paid generations need the owner's approval of the cost. - MCP endpoint: https://mcp.shipcontent.com/mcp (Streamable HTTP, OAuth with a PKCE S256 verifier, resource scope `mcp:access`). The OAuth scope alone grants no workspace access. - Access is per workspace: OAuth sign-in lets a client connect, but it does not give access to any workspace. The owner grants one client a set of actions (`read`, `draft:write`, `assets:write`, and optionally `ads:execute`) on one workspace at https://app.shipcontent.com/agent-access. A grant expires or can be revoked. - Owner-only steps happen in a signed-in browser on https://app.shipcontent.com: confirm facts (/business/confirm), upload media (/media/upload), approve a media generation and its cost (/studio), approve an exact Instagram post (/campaigns/review), connect accounts (/connect/instagram, /connect/x, /connect/youtube, /advertising/connect), and review TikTok plans (/advertising/review). - Channels today: Instagram Reels (the owner approves one exact post; approval queues one publication job for the worker; a queued job is not a provider receipt). TikTok Ads Manager (read accounts and reports, save plans, owner review; remote ad submission is not available). Manual posts for any other channel: the owner approves, publishes and records the post URL. - The status page separates implemented capabilities from external proof.
