What is ShipContent?
A workspace that creates and ships marketing content: images, video, captions and campaigns. Your AI agent drives it over MCP, or you use the dashboard. You approve spend and posts.
Do I need an AI agent?
No. Everything the agent does, you can do by hand in the dashboard: generate media in the Studio, plan campaigns in Marketing, and approve posts.
How do I connect Claude, ChatGPT or a terminal agent?
Add https://mcp.shipcontent.com/mcp as a remote MCP server or custom connector. Sign in, accept the consent, then grant that client one workspace at https://app.shipcontent.com/agent-access.
Can my agent publish or spend money without me?
No. Your agent can read, propose and draft. Only you, signed in, can confirm facts, approve a paid media generation and approve the exact post.
Which channels does ShipContent support?
Instagram Reels publish after you approve. TikTok Ads gets plans for your review, with no ad submission. For any other channel, you post and record the URL.
What can I revoke?
A client's workspace grant, at https://app.shipcontent.com/agent-access. Revocation applies to later calls. You can also withdraw an Instagram approval or revoke a queued TikTok Ads operation.
