Terms of Service

Last updated September 24, 2026

These terms apply when you use the ShipContent website and marketing workspace. By using the service, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

Using ShipContent

ShipContent helps you prepare, review, and manage social media campaigns. Some features can connect to a supported social media account and publish content after the account owner approves the specific content, destination, and timing. You must be an adult and have authority to use any account or business information you connect or submit.

Your account and content

You are responsible for your account, the accuracy of information you provide, and the rights needed to use your text, images, video, and connected accounts. You keep your rights to content you submit. You allow ShipContent and its service providers to host, process, and transmit that content as needed to provide the features you request. Do not use ShipContent to break the law, infringe another person's rights, or misuse a connected platform.

Generated content and publishing

Review generated content before using or publishing it. It may be inaccurate or unsuitable for your purpose. A connected platform may reject, delay, remove, or change the availability of a post. You remain responsible for your content and for following that platform's rules. Disconnecting an account from ShipContent does not remove content already published there.

Availability and ending access

We may change or stop features and may suspend access for misuse or security reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or specific results. You may stop using ShipContent. These terms do not limit rights that applicable law does not allow us to limit.

Data deletion

To request deletion of information held by ShipContent, email support@shipcontent.com from the email address linked to your account. Tell us which account or workspace the request concerns. If it concerns a connected social media account, include its platform and username. Do not send passwords or access tokens. We may ask you to verify your identity before we act.

We will remove account-linked information we no longer need, subject to records we must or may retain for security, legal, or other legitimate reasons. We will tell you when your request has been handled. You can disconnect a social media account in ShipContent to stop future use of that connection and remove ShipContent's access in the platform's settings. These steps do not delete posts already published on that platform; manage published posts there.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms. The date above will show the latest revision. For questions, email support@shipcontent.com.
